Reflect & Move Qi Gong

Come join us for a rejuvenating session of Qi Gong at the Myddleton Grange Community Centre!

Dedicated to Black Global Majority families and individuals navigating sudden bereavement of a young child or young adult.

We welcome Black Global Majority Wellbeing and Health Professionals to our space.

This in-person event will help you reflect and move your body in a gentle, flowing way. Qi Gong is a form of ancient Chinese exercise that focuses on breathing, meditation, and movement to promote balance and well-being. Whether you're a beginner or experienced practitioner, this session is suitable for all levels. Let's connect with our bodies and minds in a peaceful and supportive environment. See you there!

Days: The last Wednesday of the month

Date: 25th June, 30th July, 27th August, 24th September, 29th October and 26th of November 2025

Time: 6-8pm

Location: Myddleton Grange Community Centre, 108 Colhurst N4 2FD

Please bring water, your journals and or diaries and wear comfortable clothing.

Age Group: 16 years +

A Level 3 Helper shall be on hand for added extra support should you need space held for you during the session for a time monitored chat.

Yes. The beneficiaries we serve is the Black Global Majority community.

Is there parking available on site

No. There may be other roads close by that you can park on. However, we would advise you do your research first and we take NO responsibility should you receive a ticket for parking somewhere you should not have.

Yes. The 341, 141 and 106 have bus stops close by the venue.
