Somatic Healing for your boday to release trauma.

A dedicated space for Black Global Majority families and individual navigating complex grief, long term grief, PTSD and sudden bereavement due to the loss of a young child and or young adult.

Black Global Majority Health and wellbeing professionals orthodox and non-orthodox are also welcome to our space.

16 years + - We welcome couples to our spcae.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring water, a pen and a diary/journal.
