Event Details

Are you a business owner or leader who’s overwhelmed by the never-ending challenges and pressures of work?

Is your day filled with ‘stuff’ and you feel like you’ve lost your focus, your positivity and are lacking in energy?

If this sounds like you, join me at my one day urban retreat to:

Reflect …Recharge …Refocus.

During this one day retreat, you'll discover why you can’t be a great leader, if you’re not a great you. Make time to reconnect with what’s important to you.

  • Reflect on the real you. An opportunity to gain a greater awareness of yourself, slow down and take your foot off the pedal. A quiet space to think about what’s working and what you need right now.

  • Recharge your mind and body. Give yourself permission to break the urgency cycle of constantly acting and reacting. Gain fresh perspectives from your peers, and boost your positivity and energy.

  • Refocus on what’s important. Invest your time and energy towards doing more of what works for you. Align your priorities, action plan your next steps, and regain your inner confidence.

This day is all about you and your needs. It will give you the headspace to find greater clarity of thought.

If you’re ready to invest in yourself, and your approach to work, then this retreat is for you.

I look forward to welcoming you.
