Event Information
About this Event
This year has been a real rollercoaster and many community managers have worked relentlessly to hold their communities together.
Please join the CMX Connect London team and the Knowledge and Community Network team on Thursday 10th December to share and discuss their community reflections of 2020.
We will hear from Darren Gough, Serena Snood, Michelle Simms, Michael Norton and myself, Nancy Kinder.
In turn, we will share a few insights from our perspective, what we experienced, what we learned and what we are focusing on in 2021.
We will then break out into small groups and hear your experience. We will come back as a group before the end to share a few insights.
Thanks to all the speakers for preparing to share their experience with us:
- Darren Gough - Founder and MD at Island23
- Serena Snoad - Online Community Manager, Alzheimer's Society UK
- Michelle Simms - Global Community Lead at Finimize
- Michael Norton - Digital Community & Knowledge Manager, Khub
- Nancy Kinder – knowledge and community coach, Connect and Share Consulting
