Hear his reflections on devolution, from being in the Chamber for Donald Dewar’s speech at the opening of the Parliament, to how the Parliament has fulfilled its founding principles, through to navigating the challenges of recent years, and looking ahead to the election in May 2026.

This event is taking place in the Humanites Lecture Theatre inside the Gilbert Scott Building, which is the main building of the University of Glasgow.
