About this Event

Many of us have found ourselves dealing with any number of setbacks, frustrations, disappointments and challenges in 2020. But how have we coped? Have we even realised how well our coping approaches have worked? This session explores coping and how we can each create a more sustainable approach to life’s challenges.

The session will be led by Dr. Richard A. MacKinnon, CPsychol - Chartered Psychologist and Registered Coaching Psychologist. Richard is an experienced coach and coach trainer and also co-facilitates the PG Cert in Coaching at Goldsmiths, University of London.
