Event description

Description

BY BRIAN CLANCY

On Thursday 18th January, at the Park Royal Hotel

Stretton Warrington Cheshire

Registration 6.00 pm for 6.30 pm start

Many opinions have been voiced by lawyers on this theme, but Brian Clancy will address the subject from the standpoint of the Expert Witness himself, a view rarely expressed.

The talk began as an article prepared for ‘Forensic Engineering’ at the request of the ICE since when it has been presented to several Regional Groups of Chartered Engineers at various venues across the UK. We think our members would enjoy and benefit from hearing an account from such a well known professional with its useful guidance.

Brian is a Chartered Civil and Chartered Structural Engineer and also a Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Project Manager with some 55 years’ experience in the construction industry. Being an Expert Witness has not been his primary occupation and that is one of the topics that he will address.

Price: £15 including VAT

Tea, coffee and biscuits will be served from 6.00 pm

Places are limited to 50. Early booking advised. To reserve your place(s) and make payment please visit
