Bringing together a group of coaches who are asking critical questions of their coaching practice and who would like to approach these in community.

This is an interactive space to reflect and share thinking on the following themes:

1. How do you measure and articulate your impact with coaching?
2. How do you ensure your coaching work is safe, ethical, and boundaried?
3. How do you continue to learn and develop your skills and capabilities?
4. What is, in your opinion, the difference between coaching and therapy?
5. What would your own accreditation program look like?

Who it's for:

• New and established coaches who are committed to reflective practice and community learning (all types of coaching methods and approaches)
• You are led by values that are similar to and/or expanding on: listening, collaboration, diversity, equity, and inclusion, multiple perspectives, longtime change, striving to meet, and see each other (for a detailed description see website link below)

What you'll get:

• Space to reflect on big Questions in your coaching practice
• Opportunity to hear how others approach similar Questions to yours
• A diverse new network of coaches to learn with

What happens next?

• Following your sign-up, you will receive details about joining the call, housekeeping items
• Please join us even if you feel you'd like to listen more than speak, and whether you share your video or not (video is preferred, but not a requirement)
• We'll use Skype, and live captioning will be available, as well as the option to blur your background for privacy
