The RPII, founded by Michael Lang and Susanne Terry, developed a model for structured reflection on practice ( Reflective Debrief®) and foster various Reflective Practice Groups.

This event is a brief introduction to the model and the benefits of reflective practice with facilitators Colin Bourne and Nancy Radford and founder Michael Lang. Current Reflective Group members will also attend and take part in the demonstration to give you an insight into the process and the benefits.
