Reflective Writing Workshop: "Out of the Blues"
Overview
Did you know that the third Monday in January, “Blue Monday,” is considered to be the most depressing day of the year? So why not join Jeannie and Emma for an experiential workshop to explore the therapeutic potential of reflective writing, and write yourself “out of the blues”?
This workshop is for Helping Professionals who would like to use Reflective Writing practices in their work.
This is an experiential workshop. A longer training event is taking place on Saturday 14th March at Ecclesall Woods in Sheffield.

About the facilitators:
Dr Jeannie K. Wright is Affiliate Professor at the University of Malta, Dept of Counselling and Research Adviser at Metanoia Institute, MSc in Creative Writing for Therapeutic Purposes. Jeannie is author of a number of publications, including Reflective Writing in Counselling and Psychotherapy, now in a 2nd edition with Sage. Emma Garrard is a BACP Senior Accredited Psychotherapist and Biblio/Poetry Therapist who delivers a range of CPD events and therapeutic creative writing groups in Sheffield and online.
