Vocal Channel & Sound Healer, This experience weaves her ethereal voice with transcendental instruments. Lilita uses her voice as a channel to bring forth angelic frequencies from the realms beyond. Lilita’s voice marries together the ceremony and invites you to come home to yourself. Every Sound is an offering, a prayer, a key to remembrance.
Reflexology will be lead by Andrea Maiorano (London School Of Reflexology) -
Andrea is a reflexologist who works intuitively, aiding your body navigate its way back to homeostasis with her bespoke treatments. She gently presses on the reflexes of the foot to shift blockages within the organs and anatomical systems to support healing of the body. Incorporating massage into her practice, she is dedicated to assist people on their journey to their optimal health.
Reflexology is a gentle yet powerful ancient healing art whose benefits include relaxation, better sleep quality, release of tension, improved mood and enhanced wellbeing.
Treatment
The reflexology treatment will be carried out on the feet, ankles and lower calves during a group sound bath. A health status form will be given for you to complete before the experience begins.
Finger-pressure technique is applied to specific points on the feet, with the aim of rebalancing and harmonising the whole body, mind and spirit.
Different experiences may occur for you during treatment: many people feel deeply relaxed, so much so that they fall asleep. Some experience an emotional release.
This is all normal and a positive indication that the body is responding to the treatment.
Contraindications
Please note, should the below apply, for your own safety, we will not be able to perform reflexology.
- Acute undiagnosed pain
- Deep vein thrombosis (DVT)
- Airplane flight 48 hours prior or post treatment
- Under the effect of drugs / alcohol
- Contagious disease
- Organ transplant
- Pregnancy
- Unstable heart condition
- Varicose veins
- Scar tissue on the foot / ankle / calf which is not older than 6 months, or 2 years if major surgery was performed
