Just bring your feet. Nothing else required.

30 minute reflexology sessions available throughout the day for regular reflexology users and for people who have never tried it. A perfect way to get some mid-week relaxation.

Your 30 minutes:

• A quick discussion about any health issues you my have and how reflexology could help

• Take off your shoes and socks

• Sit back and relax in a comfortable reclining chair

• Organic, natural products used. Allergy free products also available

• Have a taste of reflexology - gentle pressure will be applied to the reflex points on your feet that correspond to parts of your body. Relaxing massage techniques will also be used
