Do I need experience in Pilates or soundbaths?

No experience is needed — the class is suitable for all levels, including beginners.

Grip socks (recommended for Pilates), a water bottle, and comfortable clothing. For the soundbath, you may also want to bring a jumper or blanket to keep cosy.

Is there parking at the studio?

Yes — there is on-street parking nearby. We suggest arriving 10 minutes early to settle in.
