Frequently asked questions

Who is this course for?

This course is designed for women living with endometriosis who want to explore movement that feels supportive, low-impact, and empowering for their body.

Do I need Pilates experience to join?

No prior Pilates experience is needed. The course is beginner-friendly and tailored specifically for women managing endometriosis.

How will Pilates help with endometriosis symptoms?

Reformer Pilates can help by reducing stress, improving mobility, strengthening the core and pelvic floor, and supporting posture. Many women also find it eases tension and pain through mindful, low-impact movement.

What if I’m having a flare-up?

We understand symptoms can vary day to day. Classes are flexible — you’ll be offered modifications and can pause or adjust movements depending on how you’re feeling.

Is it safe if I’ve had surgery for endometriosis?

Yes — once you’ve had medical clearance from your doctor, Pilates can be a safe and supportive way to rebuild strength and mobility after surgery. Please let your instructor know about your history so we can tailor movements to you.

How many people are in each class?

Classes are small (max 12 participants) to ensure personalised support and a safe, welcoming environment.

What will we focus on in the course?

We’ll work on gentle core and pelvic floor strength, hip and spine mobility, breathwork, posture, and functional strength — all adapted to support women with endometriosis.

What should I wear?

Comfortable, fitted activewear (so we can support your alignment) and grippy Pilates socks.

What if I miss a session?

You’ll still have access to your at-home video resources for that week.

Can I continue with Reformer classes after the course?

Yes — once you complete the course, we’ll guide you into regular Glow classes or recommend the best next step for your body and goals.
