A six-week Reformer Pilates course designed to support you through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond — helping you build strength, improve mobility, support bone health, and manage symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, and joint stiffness.
Each week, you’ll be guided through low-impact, effective Reformer exercises by our women’s health–trained instructors. In our small group setting, you’ll receive personalised support in a space where you can move, rest, and reconnect with your body — without pressure or judgment.
