To give all participants a clearer understanding of the complexities and challenges of managing allegations as positively as possible, whilst keeping the child at the centre of the plan.

• To ensure the child’s voice is heard when allegations are made
• To provide participants with a clear understanding of why allegations happen and the processes to be followed
