Refresher Training - Learning Contracts and Strategies to Support Learning

Cardiff University Occupational Therapy programme have devised a number of Educator Refresher Training topics. It is advised that existing educators complete refresher training at least once every three years as part of their continuing professional development.

Cardiff University Placement Processes & Use of Learning Contracts

This Educator Refresher Training session will explore the placement processes surrounding occupational therapy placements at Cardiff University including how placements are provided by educators/ services, placement allocation and the student/ educator documentation. Learning Contracts are a core component of practice placements providing evidence of the student’s learning. This session will provide an update on how to make best use of these to document student learning.
