The Advanced Propulsion Centre is co-ordinating activities to refresh the Automotive Council’s propulsion roadmaps. The Advanced Propulsion Centre and its Spokes are leading a series of workshops with academic and industrial colleagues within each technology area. The ultimate aim is to launch a consolidated report at the CENEX Low Carbon Vehicle Event in September 2017 which addresses each roadmap, both individually and with appropriate cross-referencing.

The Advanced Propulsion Centre’s Electrical Energy Storage Spoke, hosted by Warwick Manufacturing Group, aims to develop an industrial and academic community network with world class capability relating to energy storage technologies for automotive applications. We would like to invite you to join this workshop to provide input into the Automotive Council’s Electrical Energy Storage technology roadmap. The aims of this workshop include:

Mapping significant Electrical Energy Storage technology trajectories and their opportunities
Identifying the R&D challenges for Electrical Energy Storage plus the associated manufacturing process and capability requirements
Ensuring that the roadmap represents a commercially viable reality that recognises evolving drivers and technologies

Car Park 15: Enter the campus at the Gatehouse roundabout (north end of campus – 1st roundabout if approaching from the north / A45 / 2nd roundabout if approaching from the south / A46) and follow University Road. Immediately after the zebra crossing (before the IMC building) turn left and the entrance to multi-storey car park 15 will be on your left
Car Park 8: Enter the campus at the Gatehouse roundabout (north end of campus – 1st roundabout if approaching from the north / A45 / 2nd roundabout if approaching from the south / A46) and follow University Road. Turn left after the 2nd zebra crossing onto Academic Loop Road and the entrance to multi-storey car park 8 will be on your left
Please note that charges apply in all car parks and most pay stations only accept the correct change: Full day - £4.00. Registered Disabled Drivers: Registered Disabled Blue Badge holders are offered the same rights on the University campus as they have on the highway. There are disabled parking spaces near all buildings on campus.
