We’re taking the REGEN crew out of the gym and into the hills for our first ever REGEN Mixer: Hike Edition 🙌

Expect:

📍 Meet Point: Location TBC – full details will be emailed closer to the date.

🥾 Hike Location: Box Hill, Surrey (approx. 4 hours, with breaks).

⏰ Meet Time: 10:30am

🚶‍♂️ Hike Starts: 11:00am

💰 Cost: Free – just grab a ticket to secure your spot.

🌞 Open to members & non-members – the more the merrier.

Where exactly is the meet point?

The hike will be at Box Hill, Surrey. The exact meeting location will be emailed to all ticket holders closer to the date.

Is it really free?

Yes – but you must have a free ticket to join and to be eligible for any REGEN goodies or freebies on the day!

How long is the hike?

Around 4 hours, including breaks. It’s a social pace, not a race!

Do I need to be really fit?

Not at all! This is a social walk. We’ll stick together and there will be plenty of stops.

What should I bring?

Comfortable shoes, water, snacks if you like, and anything else you need for a few hours outdoors.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes – dogs are welcome!

Is there parking nearby?

Yes, there is parking available close to the meeting point – details will be included in the info email.

Can I bring friends or family?

Absolutely – the more, the merrier! Just make sure they also have a ticket.

What happens if it rains?

We’ll still go ahead unless the weather is extreme. Dress appropriately and bring waterproofs just in case
