Title: Regenerating the Founder Spirit (RFS) Workshop

The Regenerating the Founder Spirit (RFS) Workshop is a 3½-day intensive curriculum designed to equip current- and next-generation family members with the strategic insights and practical experience necessary to launch new business ventures, while leveraging the family’s non-financial assets. Sustaining a family enterprise across generations requires more than financial stewardship; it demands a continuous rekindling of entrepreneurial ambition and innovation. This workshop provides a practical, proven framework for participants to build next-gen ventures that align with their family's long-term vision, ensuring the enduring success of their business legacy, and legacy as launchpad.
As disruption intensifies, through advances in AI, deep technologies, and shifting capital flows, enterprising families must adopt entrepreneurial strategies to thrive amid rising unpredictability. The RFS workshop is a hands-on, practice-based learning experience designed to equip participants to uncover new opportunities, validate emering business propositions, mobilise family assets, and shape investable ventures. Fees
8,500 Euros (inclusive of applicable taxes)
Please note that cancellation policy* applies. The fee covers tuition, workshop materials, lunches on workshop days and opening /closing dinners. It does not include travel, accommodation and other incidentals, which participants will have to settle before the end of the workshop.
