What’s Included in The Breathing Room
Your monthly membership includes:
- 2 Live Breathwork Sessions: Delivered on Zoom every 2nd and 4th Tuesday evenings, paired with soothing, intentional music.
- 1 Live Group Coaching Call: Held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month around lunchtime, offering a deeper dive into key topics and a safe space to share and ask questions.
- Access to a Private WhatsApp Group: Stay connected with a supportive community between sessions.

Preparation
Find a private, comfortable space where you can lie down undisturbed.
Gather what you need for comfort—blanket, pillow, bolster, candles, etc.
Set up your space with the intention to let go.
Headphones enhance the experience.
Using a laptop instead of a phone helps maintain consistent sound.
An eye mask can deepen relaxation.
Avoid eating a heavy meal at least 1 hour before the session.
During the Journey
Please arrive on time—the room will be locked 5 minutes after we begin.
Set your devices to Do Not Disturb (or switch them off if possible).
I will guide you through a 45-minute breathwork journey to balance and relax your nervous system.
After the Session
When we finish, you’re welcome to disconnect from Zoom.
I will hold space for a few more minutes with soothing music.
Give yourself 15–30 minutes before jumping into anything else. Be gentle with yourself and nourish your mind, body, and soul.
