Regent's Park was designed by the famed architect John Nash and opened to the public in 1835 and is renowned for its stunning gardens, expansive open spaces, sports facilities, and the world-famous London Zoo. Home to Queen Mary's garden and its famed 12000 rose collection; the boating lake where visitors can paddle and enjoy the wildlife; the open air theatre very popular in the summer months; Primrose Hill adjacent to the park offers one of the best panoramic views of the London skyline; the park also boasts numerous sports facilities, including tennis courts, cricket pitches, and football fields, making it a hub for sports enthusiasts.
