Move to the rhythm of reggae music in a fun, low-impact workout that promotes flexibility, heart health, and community connection. Enjoy exercise which will keep you smiling from start to finish in a fun class designed to bring out the best in everyone and create some seriously good vibes.
Darren and BB coach young people and adults in sports such as aerobics and basketball, as well as delivering youth support work outs in the community with the aim of getting young people interested in sports, music and performance. Please note that there are some stairs to access this room, which are situated near the front entrance of the building. Although we will leave chairs at the bottom and the top of the stairs, this session may not be suitable for adults with mobility challenges due to building constraints.
This session is running to support community wellbeing and also to raise funds for the Sherwood Exchange—a local food hub that shares surplus groceries and reduces waste.
