We go back to our roots to take you on a culinary journey of the region that inspired the creation of Nonnas.
Learn to make:
- The perfect pasta dough
- Shape up and fill tortellino, ravioli & spinach lasagne
- Mix up the perfect regional fillings for your pasta – pork for the tortellino, squash & amaretto for your ravioli
- Layer the ultimate Emilia Romagna dessert Zuppa Inglese
