Event description
Your chance to hear and and ask questions about transport in our region

About this Event

The West of England Combined Authority (WECA) is organising a Regional Transport Forum on Wednesday 26 September, at Kingswood Civic Centre.

The forum is an opportunity for members of the public to hear, and ask questions, about transport services across the region, which includes the Bath and North East Somerset, Bristol City and South Gloucestershire council areas.

West of England Mayor, Tim Bowles, will host the forum, and attendees will hear from representatives from Stagecoach, First Bus, Great Western Railway and Network Rail. There will also be an update from the Combined Authority on transport work it is leading in the region.

There will be opportunities to ask questions of any of the transport operators or the Combined Authority. Questions should be pre-submitted while you book your ticket on Eventbrite, and you will be informed when registering on the day if you will be called to ask your question.

Due to limited space, it is essential that your book your place beforehand and bring proof when you attend. You can either print your ticket or display it on a mobile device.

Attendees should arrive for 4.15pm. The forum starts promptly at 4.30pm and will run until 6pm.
