What is a Teach Food Champion?

A Teach Food Champion works alongside our team of volunteers to promote food teaching:

• become a voice that promotes food teaching, be part of the team!
• each month (or whenever you can) use the 'ready to go' content to speedily post across your social media, school website, newsletters and local networks. We make this as easy as possible.
• our monthly themes focus on those that we are trying to attract, such as parent returners to work, catering and hospitality professionals looking for a career change, professionals in food science, manufacturing or nutrition sector looking for a new challenge, and ex-military such as catering corps
• support new teachers and trainee teachers in the Food Teachers Centre group by offering help, support, kind words, encouragement and mentoring.
