Antenatal Sessions - What's Included?

During the weeks we enjoy so many different discussions and activities as a group, allowing you all to connect in a relaxed, fun environment.

There is a break for drink top-ups, chats, and refreshments in each session!

Length of program: 4 weeks (2.5 hours per week)

This course is suitable for first and second-time parents!
