10 week Programme starts: WEDNESDAY 8 OCTOBER
1.5 HOUR SESSIONS @£25 per SESSION (payment to be made before the start of each session to ensure committment)

It is important for me to have an initial assessment call with anyone interested first in order for me to put a suitable group together that will offer mutual support and saftey as well as create the righjt type of learning environment for the purposes of this programme.
I will ask a few questions and gain more insight into what you're seeking support on, what you're hoping to gain from the programme and where you are on your current self-development or career journey. It is a mandatory requirement that you're able to commit to the full 10 weeks (with an exception here and there if pre-booked holiday or emergency - pelase note we can cancel sessions during half terms and add this on to the end of the programme). Consistency & Accountability are key in progress & making real change.
This will be a focussed group COACHING & mentoring to help with various aspects of your self-development from overcoming obstacles & limiting beliefs holding you back , Co-creating a career development plan to aligning with your values & boosting self-belief & confidence. As I am a Somatic Trauma Therapist & Breathwork Practitioner, I will incorporate these elements into the programme to support lasting change and deeper growth. There will be group exercises & homeplay to suppoer continued learning in between sessions.
Most sessions will be on tables and chairs - some times we may take a yoga mat and lie on the floor for a deeper breathwork session.
