About this Event

About the Workshop

The role of a Registered Manager in the care sector is not an easy one; what they are accountable for and their responsibilities are immense. When we ask Registered Managers on our courses what their responsibilities are many say “Everything!”.

One of The Care Quality Commission’s (CQC) requirements is to be ‘Well Led’. If a service isn’t Well Led can it really be sufficiently caring, safe, effective and responsive? Indeed to make sure the service is Well Led managers need to have their finger on the pulse of the service, to lead from the front and have clear oversight of everything. Not to forget dealing with staff absences, dealing with day to day issues, responding to emergencies, covering rotas and being on call!

Our Registered Manager Course – Be Well led will equip managers with the knowledge and skills to be able to recruit, develop, support and empower their team.

• CQC Regulation 18: Staffing

• Well Led KLOE
