I get asked reguarly what size of clients I work with.

Well, typically, those with seven figures and above in annual revenue. In fact, if like accounting associations do, you put the combined turnover of my consulting clients together, you'd get well over £300m.

HOWEVER, above all I want to work with the hungry, the proactive and the caring; regardless of size. Moreover, I want you to reach out to your clients and help them.

I have scheduled time for 10 x Board Level relationships. 7 have already been allocated by those who have renewed from 2017.

Here's the lowdown:

My purpose for having worked solely with accounting professionals these last 20 years continues to be to influence and inspire the accountant to be the adviser to help the business owner to increase the chances of mutual improvement, economic sustainability, and stable home environments.

It's as simple as that.

Basically, I am looking for accounting firms who are proactive, caring and hungry. In other words, firms who want to access the expertise I possess, want to help their clients towards their goals and want to grow and improve their own situation as a result.

We can improve your results and solve your issues on any area of practice development from recruitment to retention of staff and clients, to referrals to pipeline creation and management to marketing strategy to what's going on in the profession to what metrics to use to measure your growth etc hence why this is for the hungry firm.

Through the years, I've learned that it's not the size of practice that defines who succeeds but rather who can sustain hunger, pro-activity and a genuine desire to serve the client, that gains the irrevocable competitive advantage.

For my part, I will ensure that I have my full 20 year portfolio of experience, insight, expertise, proven models, resources, videos, checklists, templates etc.

I will create a closed and private Facebook group for us to share resource and content and answer questions for you in, in between calls, if necessary.

You will have access to the broadest range of independent board level support specific to the accounting profession.
