For the first time in the history of our annual conferences, we are bringing together NHS professionals who support the experience of NHS staff, whether they work in health and wellbeing, staff engagement, organisational development or any other relevant HR role.

After an extremely challenging year, we want our conference to provide an opportunity for you to re-group and increase your network of NHS staff experience professionals.

The event will provide you with dedicated time and space to reflect on the past year. Together we will focus on how we can build on lessons learned and celebrate the amazing work you have done to support the experience of frontline staff as they respond to the pandemic.

Our intention is for you to leave the day feeling recharged with new ideas, practical tools, and strengthened strategies to take to your own organisations as you work to enhance staff experience in 2021.
