Regulation 27 Notifications

This Breifing session on Regulation 27 Notifications will provide supported accommodation providers with a clear understanding of their responsibilities for notifying Ofsted about significant events and changes within their service.

Participants will learn when and how to submit notifications, including incidents such as safeguarding concerns and other key events.

The session will also cover the importance of timely and accurate reporting, as well as the implications of failing to meet these requirements. By the end of the session, providers will be equipped to ensure compliance with Regulation 27, helping to maintain the safety, transparency, and quality of their service.
