This REHIS Intermediate qualification in Food Hygiene has been designed to meet the needs of food handlers with supervisory responsibilities. It meets legislative requirements and is nationally recognised in all sectors of the food and hospitality industries and local authorities
Course Times: 9.15 to 4.30 over 3 days
The final assessment day is from 9.15 to 1.00

Who is it for?
This Intermediate qualification in food hygiene is aimed at food handlers with supervisory responsibilities and meets legislative compliance. Delegates should ideally have an Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate.
It helps organisations, employees and supervisors improve their food hygiene practices in line with industry standards.
Course duration -20 hours plus 2.5 hours examination.
Examination & Certification
REHIS written exam (2.5 hours)
REHIS Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate will be issued on successful completion of the exam.

Course Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be sent in writing by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Late cancellations received between 1 day and 14 days (inclusive)prior to the course start date will have no refund given.
Failure to attend the course on the day will be treated as a late cancellation and no refund will be given.
STEP reserves the right to cancel a course if insufficient bookings have been received. Delegates will be offered an alternative dates or a full refund of the course fee.
