The REHIS Intermediate Food Hygiene qualification has been designed to meet the needs of food handlers with supervisory responsibilities. It covers legislative requirements and is nationally recognised. Delegates should ideally have an Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate prior to progressing to Intermediate level.

Course Times: 9.15 to 4.30 over 3 days, the final assessment day is from 9.15 to 1.00

Course Cancellation Policy

 

All cancellations must be made in writing. If you cannot attend the course please email: reception@stepscotland.co.uk

 

Cancellations that are made less than 2 weeks before the event may not be subject to a refund. However, an alternative date may be offered - subject to availability.

 

Failure to attend the course on the day will be treated as a late cancellation and therefore no refund will be given.

 

STEP reserves the right to cancel a course if insufficient bookings have been received. If this situation arises then delegates will be offered an alternative course date, or a full refund of the course fee.
