Who can book a session?

Anyone aged 18 and over who needs someone to talk to or is seeking spiritual-based support.

Do I have to be religious or follow a specific faith?

No. While our support is spiritually grounded, sessions are open to anyone, regardless of background or beliefs.

How much does it cost?

All sessions are completely free.

Can I book more than one session?

Yes. You can request additional sessions based on your needs. Just let us know during or after your first meeting.

Can I request a home visit?

Yes, if you're within Glasgow and prefer to meet at home, let us know. We’ll work with you to arrange a time and space that feels comfortable.

Are the consultants trained?

Our team is trained to provide safe, respectful, spiritual-based support, but we are not licensed therapists. We will refer or signpost you if clinical care is needed.

Will I be able to reschedule if something comes up?

Yes. Just let us know atleast 2hrs in advance and we’ll work with you to find another time.

Can I reach out on social media as well?
