Reiki Access Day
Sat 25 March 2017, 13:30 – 16:00 GMT
You are warmly invited to a Reiki Access Day at the Tara Centre, Lancaster. The day is run by fully qualified, experienced and insured Reiki practitioners from the local area.
Reiki is a supportive complementary therapy which can lead to a sense of well being and relaxation. You remain fully clothed throughout the treatment. You will be invited to lie down and relax on a treatment couch, or you can remain seated in a chair if you prefer. The practitioner will place their hands in a variety of non-intrusive positions on or near your body. There is no massage or manipulation of any kind.
The session will promote a sense of calm, peace and wellbeing.
HOW TO BOOK
There are 23 sessions available. Please choose your time slot as it suits you. Please allow half an hour for the session.
There is a suggested minimum donation of £5 for the session. All donations will be used to support the Tara Centre's work with asylum seekers and refugees in the local area.
