These evening offer a tranquil space for your mind and body to find calm. As you settle into a comfortable position, be guided through an EcoNidra meditation and allow the Reiki to help you truly relax. With an invitation to connect further with either nature or your body, you’re sure to leave feeling completely at peace.

What do I need to bring with me?

Nothing - Just an open mind and heart! We provide all mats, cushions and blankets, as well as refreshments. You might choose to bring a journal and pen with you, and if you want to be even more cosy you might light to bring your own blanket.

What should I wear?

Anything that you are comfortable in - some people even come in their PJs!

Do I need to have done this before?

Nope! This evening is a gentle and relaxed even that is full guided. We are here to take care of you.
