Reiki Courses Level I , II or III

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese healing modality that channels universal life force energy to support healing on all levels - physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
Founded by Dr. Mikao Usui, this gentle yet powerful practice is used to reduce stress, balance the energy body, and promote deep inner peace.

✧ Reiki Level 1 — The Foundation

For beginners and self-healing

This level introduces you to the history and principles of Reiki, basic energy healing practices, and how to use Reiki for self-treatment and with loved ones.

You Will Learn:

• The history and principles of Usui Reiki
• How energy healing works
• How to perform Reiki on yourself and others
• Hand positions for self and others
• Grounding, protection, and energy hygiene
• Receive your first Reiki attunement

Note:No experience needed. This course is open to everyone.

✧ Reiki Level 2 — The Practitioner Level

For those ready to deepen and share Reiki with others

Level 2 offers a deeper dive into the Reiki system and empowers you to offer Reiki professionally, at a distance, and with greater energetic focus using Reiki symbols.

You Will Learn:

• How to work with the three sacred Reiki symbols
• Distant/remote Reiki healing
• Reiki for emotional and mental healing
• Creating a professional Reiki practice (optional)
• Receive your second Reiki attunement

Note:Prerequisite: Reiki Level 1 (with me or another teacher)

Reiki Level 3 — The Master Level

For those who feel called to the Reiki Master path

This advanced training is for those who wish to fully embody the Reiki energy and may feel called to teach or simply live from a place of spiritual alignment and service.

You Will Learn:

• The Master symbol and its uses
• Advanced healing techniques and tools
• How to hold space as a teacher and healer
• The ethics and responsibilities of a Reiki Master
• How to attune others (optional)
• Receive your final Reiki Master attunement

Note: Prerequisite: Reiki Level 1 & 2 with me or another teacher
