Reiki is a calming, gentle and restorative practice that helps us to stay healthy, centred and grounded. An energy healing practice, Reiki is best know for it's ability to calm us, restore harmony, re-engage balance and help us heal physically, emotionally and spiritually.
This one day workshop is for experienced practitioners and absolute beginners who would like to know more about energy healing. Over the course of the day we will engage in some calming meditations, learn how to give ourselves a treatment and give and receive Reiki from others.
This event is being led by local Reiki Teachers Becci Godfrey and Jan Brown. Becci and Jan are passionate advocates for spiritual health, healing and wellbeing. With over 40 years of healing experience between them and many years of teaching experience, we invite you to find that same healing ability within yourself, whilst making new friends and enjoying a beautiful venue.

You do not have to have Reiki experience to attend this event, we welcome all with an interest in Reiki and friends and family that would like to learn more about healing.
