Frequently asked questions

Is this suitable for everyone?

Sound healing is very safe, but not suitable during the first trimester of pregnancy, or if you have had a psychotic breakdown, have untreated or unstable bipolar disorder, multiple personality disorder, or paranoid schizophrenia. We need to know if you have any metal implants, or have seizures.

Can I bring my children?

This event is for people aged 16+. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

What should I wear?

We recommend loose, comfortable clothing and layers, as sound can make you feel cold.

Do I need to bring anything?

For gong baths, we provide yoga mats, blankets, pillows and bolsters. Bring an eye mask if you'd like one (or buy one from us for £1). We recommend bringing a bottle of water.

How do I find you? Where do I park?

We are on the first and second floors of our building. We have a blue door, with a large Earthtones sign on it. Our door is next to Cash Express and opposite the Old Eight Bells building. Free, unrestricted parking is available outside during the evening and on Sundays.

What if I am running late?

PLEASE call us on 01623 354754 BEFORE the start time. We start promptly and if we haven't heard from you, we will assume you are not joining us. Once the session has begun, we do not allow entry to anyone else. If we know you are running late, we will do what we can to help you, and delay the start.
