What do I need to bring?

Please bring a comfy mat or garden lounger, cushions for your head and behind your knees, blankets or a sleeping bag to keep warm, everything you might need to make yourself comfortable on the floor. Some water is also a good idea as you'd be surprised how thirsty you get!

Is this suitable for everyone?

This session is recommended for age 14+. The gong sound bath is not suitable for pregnancy, pacemakers, epilepsy, severe mental disorder. Hearing aids should be removed for the duration of the gong bath (I can let you know when it starts and ends). If in doubt, please get in touch.

Yes there is a free carpark on-site.

Come and join me for a beautifully relaxing session at Preston Village Hall. Let the soothing sounds of the Chiron gong and crystal bowls wash over you as you embark on a guided meditation journey to calm your mind and body. This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to step out of 'doing' and into 'being'.
