Do I need any prior experience to join?

No prior experience is needed! Reiki Level 1 is open to anyone interested in learning about energy healing, whether for personal growth or to help others.

What is an attunement, and why is it important?

An attunement is a sacred process performed by a Reiki Master. It opens your energy channels, allowing you to access and channel Reiki energy for healing yourself and others. It’s a key component of Reiki Level 1.

Will I be able to practice Reiki after completing Level 1?

Yes! After the course, you’ll be able to perform Reiki on yourself and others. However, Reiki Level 1 focuses on self-healing and working with close family and friends rather than professional practice.

Do I receive a certificate?

Yes, upon completing the course, you’ll receive an internationally recognised Reiki Level 1 Certificate, acknowledging your attunement and training.
