During the course of this beautiful Reiki Level One training, you will be initiated into the energy and taught how to channel it safely for self-practice and friends & family.

This is the first step to becoming a reiki practitioner, whether you want to work with it for yourself or with others, this is your rite of passage.

The training days will be set up like a retreat, to give you the space to integrate and embody the energy, and you will be lovingly held and supported throughout in ceremony and circle.

Learn about Reiki, from its history to the science behind it, to getting to feel and know the energy itself & become attuned into the energy.

Learn how to cleanse your energetic field and not absorb or take on other peoples energy.

ABOUT YOUR GUIDE:

Bella is a reiki master teacher, sound healer, yin yoga, embodied movement and breath work teacher and the founder of The Temple of I - a safe space for you to come home to yourself, to release and shift anything that you no longer need, to call in and embody light, and to step into your power.

Born into a lineage of healers, Bella’s experiences of energy began at a very young age, initially expressing itself through clairvoyance and healing touch.

Combining crystalline sound, reiki, breath work and embodied movement during her sessions, Bella creates a nurturing and safe space where you will be deeply held and supported to enable deep healing, connecting you to your body and your needs, bringing you back into harmony, back home to yourself.
