Day 1 - Saturday 6th Dec 9.30 am till 5 pm
Day 2 - Sunday 7th Dec 9.30 am till 5 pm
This 2 day and very thorough training course is taught by Sonia Grover (Reiki tutor since 2005). The course will give you full learning on how to work with the bodies own energy to help yourself and others. Full training manual and certificates are included. Part of Soul Happy vision is 'to create a true heart for the city' so we look forward to helping people understand their own energy to help people be their best!

* A full introduction to Reiki (what it is and how it works).
* The History of Reiki
* Attunement to Reiki 1
* What can be healed with Reiki
* Guided Reiki meditations
* An overview of the Chakras
* Self healing and healing others
* Reiki for animals, plants, etc
* Basic Anatomy & Physiology
* Key Ailments Reiki can help
* Practical experience sessions

Sonia is a Reiki Master Teacher and has extensive experience in healing after she was first guided to receive Reiki after a serious back injury that left her almost in constant pain and very immobile, over 20 years ago. This was healed after receiving Reiki and she knew as soon as she received Reiki she would be learning, teaching and supporting people 1:1 with Reiki. She also teaches Animal Healing using the principles of Reiki and has channelled 33 Heart Souls Heart symbols she attunes and teaches people for self healing and healing others)
She has been teaching Reiki since 2005 and has studied and is also qualified in 20 other modalities such as Angelic Reiki, Pranic healing, Reconnective healing, Gaiadon Heart healing, Spiritual healing, Sound healing as well as many other supporting mind, body and spirit modalities such as Louise Hays Love yourself and the Endorphin Effect and Mindfulness.

PRICES: Cost for a full 2 day course = £225
If you are attuned to Reiki 1 already and would like a refresher then please join us - it will be £100 for anyone re taking (it does not matter if you did not train with me)

Completing Reiki One with Sonia felt like an initiation into the wide and open world of healing and magick.
