About this Event

Susanne Lorencin and her team at Cushman & Wakefield have been working with organisations applying their 'Recovery Readiness' programme to enable organisations to return safely to offices short term and to develop the strategy long term.

Research from their XSF@Home survey, a statistically based analytics diagnostic tool designed to measure employee experience in the current environment and employee logistical and psychological needs finds that 73% of the 53,000 respondents across 40 countries think remote working policies should be expanded, with 90% feeling trusted to carry out their work.

However, feeling connected to the company culture, wellbeing, learning and career development is suffering and is a driver for many to reconnect with the office; with radical improvements in diversity and inclusion across the workforce as traditional barriers of access and location reduce.

The webinar will cover:

  • the dynamic relationship between work, people and place
  • how much agility can we embrace and maintain the company culture
  • what is the future role of the office
  • what behaviours do we need to adopt to communicate and manage teams in a virtual and physical world?

We will review the impact of reversing the paradigm, virtual first by default, office on occasion, how this will transform location, talent attraction, the skills, protocols and gamification required to engage with a virtual workforce and facilitate effective change and communication programmes.

Bio

Susanne is a Partner within Cushman & Wakefield’s London office and leads Workplace Strategy in the UK. She has extensive experience working with global corporates and public sector clients across EMEA.

Susanne links organisational culture and performance to create innovative physical and virtual work environments. Her approach is human centric founded on research and evidence based methodologies in response to changing work processes, behaviours, agility and technology in alignment with organisational business drivers.

Her clients have included Mastercard, ING, Roche, L’Oréal, Coca-Cola, BP and HSBC to provide a consistent and aligned approach to workplace change.

Susanne has developed many organisational workplace guidelines and has also contributed to the BCO guidelines. She speaks regularly at both public and corporate sector forums on workplace trends and received a CoreNet Luminary Award for the 2015 EMEA Summit.
