Overview

Join Revd Simon Sutcliffe for this evening reimagining masculinity

During this session our guest speaker, Rev Simon Sutcliffe, will introduce us to some broader understandings of men and masculinities, helping us identify some of the roots for unhealthy responses from men towards others.

We will then explore some scenarios of conflict that may arise in church spaces in relation to men's attitudes and/or behaviour and how these might be addressed safely to prevent further escalation and discrimination from occurring.

Simon is a Methodist Minister currently serving as the Free Church Chaplain at Keele University and has contributed to several books and papers exploring theologies of masculinity.

The session is open to all genders.

The Zoom link for the session will be sent via email prior to the session (not upon confirmation of booking).
