The event runs from 09:30 - 14:00. We will be serving welcome refreshments from 09:00, and will also be hosting a (complimentary) tour of Rochester Castle at 14:00 after the event, should you want to take part.

The event runs in-person only, to maximise the opportunity to learn and collaborate with other Local Authority peers.

The event is free! The event is for Local Government employees only. Space is limited, so registration is required.

Yes! There will be time for networking with other local gov attendees and Medway Council’s team.

What is Jadu Connect, and why is it featured?

Jadu Connect is a case management and customer experience platform that Medway Council uses to create a central view of residents, improve service design, and automate complex processes. Medway will show how they’ve used Jadu Connect to deliver smarter, more efficient services.
