About this event

Whether you are starting up or ambitiously growing your business and regardless of what sector or line of business you’re in, you’ll benefit from learning and deploying these tools and techniques to help you focus in on the specific activities that add real value, to help you, to move your business forward in 2021.

Successful business performance is rooted in having a greater sense of purpose and the implementation of progressive cultures that focus on creating an environment where people can flourish and are motivated to help you grow your business.

Too many organisations emphasise what they do, not why they do it. They become stuck on focusing on the products and services they provide and not what makes them different as a business. This is important for attracting and retaining customers and inspiring your people to come to work every-day and do great things.

By creating a clear purpose, you can build a more sustainable customer and business model, focusing on seeking out customers who will understand your Why? and attracting people who want to help you grow your business.

You can also use your Why? to appraise your digital strategy, moving beyond the adoption of digital to automate traditional ways of working to leveraging technology to help you grow, expand, and differentiate your customer propositions.

In this series of workshops, we will show you how to:

  1. Reflect on your company vision, purpose and character and create an engaging narrative that can inspire your customers and your people.
  2. Create a company culture that is progressive and moves beyond just being words on a page. How do you make it real and keep it real?
  3. Revisit your business and customer models in the context of your purpose and culture, and explore what this means to your value propositions and who your customers are.
  4. Show you how to embrace digital technologies more effectively into your business and what leadership attributes you need to deliver value-focused transformation.

The three, 3-hour workshops, will focus on company vision and purpose, value propositions, culture, creating business and customer models, what is digital leadership and how to transform your business with digital technologies.
