Get ready to pedal and jingle through Torquay’s Bay of Lights with Safe, Sustainable Travel Torbay (SSTT).

Our Reindeer Ride is a short, easy, family-friendly cycle along the Bay of Lights trail — the perfect way to enjoy Torquay’s festive sparkle together.

When: Saturday 6 December 2025 – 4:30 pm start
Where: Torre Abbey - in front of the house or under the archway in the case of bad weather
Who: Everyone! Families, children, and riders of all abilities are warmly welcome.

What to expect:

• A gentle, sociable ride around Torquay’s illuminated seafront.
• Friendly marshals leading and supporting the group.
• A joyful festive atmosphere – lights, laughter, and community spirit.
• Free antlers and jingle bells for every sleigh-bike if you sign up via Eventbrite!

What to bring:

• A working bike (or e-bike, trailer, cargo bike – all welcome).
• Warm clothing, gloves, and your best festive flair (tinsel encouraged).

Important information:

• Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Helmets are recommended.
• This is a fun, slow-paced ride suitable for beginners.
• Please arrive 15 minutes early to collect your bells and antlers.
