Event description

Description

Reinvigorating Recycling is a conference that will look at how recycling can be boosted through the application of behaviour change communications.

Recycling in the UK is under pressure. Stagnating and falling recycling levels, increasing disposal costs and ever-shrinking budgets have coalesced to create a seemingly impenetrable barrier to improved levels of recycling and the ability to deal with contamination.

Amidst such a challenging environment, public engagement and communication remains the most readily accessible and cost-effective means to reinvigorate recycling.
